Hi! I am Dr. Hemapriya, a doctor by profession and a blogger by passion.
It was in 2014 when I launched my very first blog, the parenting blog My Little Moppet.Then a year later I started the my business Little Moppet Foods sitting in my bedroom, with a meagre investment of Rs 10,000, and with no knowledge about running a business whatsoever.
It was a real struggle at the beginning, whether it was starting the blog, setting up an e-commerce store, marketing on social media or all the other aspects of running a business like accounts, customer retention or product analysis.
I had to learn everything from scratch as I didn’t hire a coach or someone else to do it for me. Every day I learnt something new – sometimes the hard way! Today, I have a fully dedicated team for content, social media and everything else that’s part of the entrepreneur package.
I know there are many other entrepreneurs out there, who are in the initial phase of launching their ventures and scaling their online presence. I know they are struggling, just like I did, and I think this is the perfect opportunity for me to share whatever I have learnt during the 7 years of my journey.
